Living, working and relaxing are united in the Turfschip project on the Chasséveld in the centre of Breda. Apart from office space and apartments, the building consists of catering facilities, a fitness centre and a mega cinema with seven screens. There is also a large multi-storey car park for the residents and for staff and customers of the businesses in the Turfschip.

Merford Special Doors supplied protective facade grilles of the HNR type for the ground floor of the multi-storey car park, where the transformer rooms are also located. For the other floors of the multi-storey car park and for the technical plant on the roof of the car park Merford supplied Duco ventilating grille walls. In addition to a ventilating function, all the grilles used have an aesthetic function. Merford also supplied a number of sound-insulating doors for the cinema. The project was completed in December 2008.
